Liked: Beer pong on Friday night. Bathroom in room. Clean. Close to everything.

Disliked: They make you put away all alcohol at 9pm and be quiet at 11pm. that made me feel like I'm living with my parents again. The owner needs to relax those strict rules.

Liked: The location to the beach was excellent.

Disliked: The building itself could do with a little tlc & the windows could do with being replaced as there were very draughty.

Liked: I liked how they provided free lockers to hold my things. The rooms and bathrooms were cleaned daily. The staff was very friendly and well groomed. They offer free breakfasts and barbeques. I took a taxi and went to some nightclubs downtown. I had an amazing time!

Liked: Free breakfast, good location - beach, shops and restaurants all within short walking distance. Rooms were cleaned everyday. Farmers Market on the same road as hostel on a Weds is definitely worth a wander round.

Disliked: Shared bathrooms were a bit old and could do with a revamp. Staff are not the most friendly, polite or helpful especially in the morning.

Liked: its next to the beach

Disliked: very small lockers you cant put an 17" notebook inside, to less bathrooms you got a problem if you want to pee in the morning because the toilet is in the bathroom and everybody takes a shower - and there is a big queue... some of the staff shoult take a shower/cut hair they are/look not clean

Liked: it was a listed building and they kept the character of the building. The owners were very friendly.

Disliked: The kitchen should have been opened for longer.

Liked: it was great that they paid the cab ($23) from the greyhound station to the hostel! furthermore, you have free coffee and tea all day and a nice breakfast (oatmeal, pancakes, scrambled eggs, toast)!

Disliked: it wasn't that clean and it's annoying that u have to pay a deposit for keys and locks (but you get it back at the check-out)

Liked: I really like this hostel. They paid to have me transported from the airport. The free breakfasts and barbeques were very nice. The room was very clean and well maintained. I got to watch some movies in the TV room. It’s really close to the beach. The staff and other travelers were very friendly.

Liked: It covers taxi from grayhound station or airport to hostel, which's really amazing. Highly recommend if you have plenty of luggages. Nice breakfast with a lot of choices. Location is nearby the beach, with some buses to old town transportation center, which is not the most convenient place but still works.

Disliked: The TV room in night is noisy, with loud music. So if your room is near to it, it will be a little bit difficult to sleep. Fortunately it will end at around 12:00 (its official statement says music ends before 11:00pm, but some nights it lasted later.

Liked: Free breakfast, some meals, wifi. Activities to meet people. Friendly, right near the beach.

Disliked: Could do with some comfy chairs/couches for tv viewing.

Liked: Location & Price are the main attraction. Staff are alright & facilities for Hostel travel are quite good. The kitchen, refrigeration, bath/restrooms are adequate.

Liked: Friendly staff and clean rooms, good free breakfast, great atmosphere and right next to the beach. Not so good if you go out in the city center or want a quiet night.
