At check in, guests must present one of the following: 1. a foreign-issued passport 2. a Canadian driver’s license 3. an out-of-state American driver's license. Guests may also be asked to present proof of travel.
People under the age of 16 are not permitted to stay in dorm rooms unless the entire room is rented. Anyone under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or chaperone.

Four- and six-bed dorms. Privates with high def tv and comfy duvets available. Hostel has fully equipped kitchen, tv room, lounge, free wireless internet and low cost internet kiosks. Charming, hacienda-inspired hostel in an 1880's building. Modern baths.

In the heart of the Gaslamp District where all the bars and restaurants are located. Walking distance to San Diego Zoo, Embarcadero, Museums, harbor cruises, whale watching trips and more. Short bus ride to beach and short trolley ride to Tijuana.
