Liked: The staff were awesome - so friendly and helpful! The location was good too, all points of interest in San Diego were very accessible as all public transport was close to the hostel.

Liked: There was lots of information about things to do in the area and directions/public transport info. Also the free breakfast was yummy!

Liked: the swipe entry cards made it feel safe and the hostel was undergoing upgrading, with my room already upgraded with new ikea-style furniture, not sure about the group dorms though as the 2nd floor was not as nice as the 3rd floor which had the private rooms.

Liked: The wall colour on the 3rd floor is good. The info on notice board and lift are good. The Walking City Tour, Pat the tour guide is good. Most staff at the Front desk are friendly.
