Liked: Free breakfast actually means free breakfast! I definitely felt secure (maybe a little too secure). The staff were AWESOME, extremely helpful, and definitely this hostel's strongest point. Not your average hostel, it felt more like a hotel actually.

Liked: The location in Downtown, the internet service and the pancake breakfasts were great. We had lots of questions and staff were very patient and helpful, especially Andrew. Only problem was when we were booking online, not all types of accomodation was noted. It was purely by chance that we got the 3 bed ensuite room.

Liked: Fantastic! Beautiful, colourful, funky, vibrant interior. Great facilities. Awesome staff. Free pancakes for breakfast! Cute rooms. Great location in lovely historic gaslamp area. Totally recommen! A+++

Liked: by far the best hostel I have been to in the US. We had a private triple room and the room was great... shower & bath included, even a microoven and everything was really clean and safe!

Liked: Right in the centre of the gaslamp quarter. They offer great tours to various places including tijuana and balboa park and staff are willing to provide lots of information about the area. Private double rooms were great for the price you pay!
