Liked: Easy self check in

Disliked: Feels unsanitary and the place is in need of a revamp. I would rather pay $15 more on priceline and feel clean.

Liked: The parking was not gravel,but pavement. The security to the facilities was great as personally to therooms. The common areas were very nice and kept in good condition. The room was very nice and comfortable.

Disliked: I was next to the kitchen and every morning there were individuals about 5AM who decided to use the microwave and coffee. Every noise was magnified through the walls. I am an early riser, but the next person might not be as compliant.

Disliked: no staff on place to ask questions, Salt Lake City information and brouchers

Liked: No much.

Disliked: It was a really cold place. There are signs up everywhere about getting fined $40 for breaking rules. There is no common space.

Liked: Clean and cozy, no need to bring towels, hangers at all. TV(in room), cumputers, and printer are available. Really comfortable. The bus stop for the airport is very close.

Disliked: Nothing.

Liked: Clean and tidy. All facilities work as expected. Bathroom always available.Didn't have to wait

Disliked: need more hangers in the bathrooms

Disliked: The fact that it has no owner present at anytime, very strange and it was very hard to get hold of them via the telephone numbers as they didnt pick up even when ringing the emergency numbers

Liked: I like the location and the cleanliness. I will recommend this hostel to other travellers. Good deal!

Disliked: The bed was a little bit unconfortable.

Liked: I liked the homey feel.

Disliked: I disliked how there was no staff around to help with keys and check in. I know there were signs to call "Phil" but I'm not from Salt Lake and didn't have a long distance plan. Staff= good

Liked: Good location. Safe & secure

Disliked: Very small kitchen & common room area. Had trouble with checking in. Didn't accept my debit card even though it had enough funds, so had to pay cash, but they were reluctant to accept payment this way, wanted us to do a payment order which we could do at a nearby 7/11?!?!?!?

Liked: It looked nice on the outside and on the inside, no old or disgusting furniture!

Disliked: check in time only after 3 pm. no common living/tv room, small kitche not only travellers, but also long-term guest who are bad for the character i think We booked a private 2bed double room and what we got was a bunk with a double bed on the bottom, so my bf is especially tall, so that third bed was not very convenient for us!

Disliked: Would have been nice to have seen a staff person for questions. We could not get the wifi to work which was troublesome.

Liked: The owner of the hostel is a very kind man. And the room and restroom there are very clean. It's much better than i expected and worth the money.

Liked: The room was clean and the facilities were ok.

Disliked: I should charge the owner a $40 fee for writing this review. For those who choose to stay at this guesthouse, you will understand. The entire place is plastered with rules that constantly remind you that you will be charged a fee for breaking rules or not following certain procedures. I felt like I was in prison and could not behave appropriately without reading the signs for guidance. . We left a day early because we did not feel comfortable with the setup. I'd find another place to stay.

Liked: we were mostly on our own, very organized, clean, lots of facilities available, right next to trax

Disliked: so many signs and surveillance camera makes it nervewracking, but allows easy self check in

Liked: The services provided are really good including free internet and phone, and it is super cheap!

Disliked: The whole self check-in thing is weird...and the feeling around the place is a bit eerie!

Liked: Price is good for a hostel in a city. Be warned that the neighborhood is fairly rough. Hostel is very clean but walls have no sound insulation. Seems to cater to the weekly rental crowd, a seedier element. I would probably find another hostel if I was going back.

Liked: I liked leaving it, nothing else. Especially since the internet was not working and the whole place is administered through the web. I have never felt so abandonded.
