Liked: this old Mansion has a very serene setting and the interior was like staying in a warm and friendly home. I very much like that there are bikes to use.

Liked: it was old and pretty and the staff was incredibly helpful and sweet. the place was out of the way which was both good because it was secluded and bad because it took a while to get into the city. but beautiful surroundings.

Liked: Amazingly helpful staff, really good kitchen facilities and common rooms. Lovely surroundings, although quite a way from the city centre (biking into the city is excellent though).

Liked: Out of town a bit. Lovely place, great furniture etc, get to choose movies to watch in evening. Cosy. Felt like home. Clean. Seperate female and male sleeping and bathrooms.

Liked: Historic liocation and ambiance, friendliness of staff and guests, accessibility of carriage-house bed and bath for a person with mobility challenges. However, there was no handicapped accessible entrance to kitchen and laundry facilities in the main house. An acceptable work-around could be to offer a food prep area with mini-refrigerator, microwave and pantry in the common area of the carriage-house. These appliances could be stacked to minimize floor space required.

Liked: The setting was unique. I have been to many hostels before, but the setting in the park and the idea to turn this mansion into a hostel are just great.

Liked: it was the nicest hostel I have stayed at. The common rooms are comfortable and well furnished - great place to meet and chat with folks. great environment both in the hostel - and outside in the very rural setting

Liked: absolutely lovely location, but miles from anywhere. also kicked out of hostel between 11am and 4pm which was a pain
