We have monthly rates starting at $500 per month with discounts available through Facebook and our website. We designed our hostel exclusively for long-term international students and interns (the average length of stay of our guests is 6 weeks). 24 HOUR ACCESS AND CONVENIENT LOCATION
The B42 bus is located directly in front of the building and runs 24 hours a day, which means you’ll be able to get anywhere to downtown Philadelphia within 20 minutes. In addition, there are no lock-outs or curfews, and you can enter and leave the building 24 hours a day.
PAYMENT / CANCELLATION POLICY
Your payment through HostelBookers secures your reservation and is non-refundable. Please note that your remaining balance will be charged to your credit card prior to your check-in. Our check-in time is 1pm. We will give full refunds if you notify us via email within 7 days. Any days that fall within the 7-day period will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee, and any cancellations the day of your check-in will not receive a refund.

PLEASE CONFIRM YOUR CHECK-IN TIME. It is very important that you email us your approximate time of arrival at your earliest convenience. Because the majority of our guests stay for over a month, we have very low turnover and do not have a 24-hour reception since there are only one or two people checking in per day. It helps to know approximately what time you'll be checking in. -If you’re staying in a bunk bed, you will need to bring a small padlock with you for your locker. We will provide all linens and towels.
Cancellation Policy
Guests can cancel their reservation free of charge up to 7 days day(s) before arrival. Deposits paid are non refundable.
