Our property is located in the QUIET and nicer RESIDENTIAL area of Niagara Falls NY, called Deveaux. If you are looking for a place to relax and mellow down, we are your place. Our B&B is small with a relaxed and intimate atmosphere. It is OFF THE BEATEN TRACK but yet, local attractions are just stone throw away.

We have a lovely house with 4 furnished bedrooms to rent:
2 Mixed Dorm bedrooms with 2 single/twin beds in each room, perfect for those travelers on a budget. Beds are rented individually, so, if you are a solo traveller, you will be sharing the room with another guest, unless you reserve 2 beds.

2 private rooms with 1 Queen size bed in each room, ideal for single or couple.

ALL ROOMS SHARES 2 BATHROOMS.

SUMMER SEASON: NO Air Conditioning in rooms. Only electric fan

Continental breakfast included (coffee, tea, bread, jam, butter)

Please note:
1. 13% (8% sales +5% occupancy) TAX IS NOT INCLUDED IN RATE. It will be collected at checking
2. There is a minimum stay requirements during certain Holidays.
3. Cancellation policy: 48 hours
4. No checks, credit / debit cards accepted
5. Check In Time: 3:00pm until 9pm (or later if pre-arranged in advance)
Check Out Time: 11:00am
6. Children under 5 (max 1) stays free in the same room with the adults using existing bed setting. If number of occupants exceed 2 in each room, please specify age when sending reservation/inquiry request. Thanks!
7. Valid PHOTO ID (ie. Driver’s license, PASSPORT, Identity Card, etc.) is required at checking.
