Liked: - It has an elevator (rare thing in NYC);- The bedroom on 1st floor (102) is really good, if you can, book this one!!- The guys from the front desk are very helpful, specially Arthur, you can always count on him;- 3 subway lines really close to the hostel (1, C e D);- If you need to print something, the have printers (you'll have to pay for it but it's not so expensive);- Close to Central Park;- The price is OK for Manhattan.

Disliked: - Most of the bathrooms have a big window right in front of the shower and the sanitary so be careful with that, specially if you're on the 3th floor;- WIFI only on first floor;- Upper West Side is beautiful but extremely expensive, there's no much thing to do over there and it's far from Downtown NYC, which is the best part;- Some of the staffs are really rude and stressful, specially the lady that cleans the stuffs, she is ALWAYS on a bad mood;- The "breakfast" (if you can really call it that) is the wrost ever, only bread, sometimes they put butter and sometimes they put coffee instead tea.- There's no forks, spoons or knifes after the breakfast, if you need to cook after this time you'll need to have your own things to do it. Even if you ask they won't give anything to you.- The laundry costs 2 dollars, each machine, which is pretty expensive considering that I used to pay less when I was living on UES. And if you dont have Tide they sell one cup of it also for 2 dollars.- It's easy to see cockroaches in the bedrooms and bathrooms.

Liked: Rooms are for 2 people so there is enough space, breakfast is ok but for the price they could offer more. The area is super nice, very close from subway and the Museum of natural History, but far from midtown.

Disliked: It's an old building and elevators are so small, it's difficult to get in with your luggage and the doors are so heavy and hard to open. It's super expensive, I paid like 65 dollars per night and it's too much for what they offer, but I think it's the same in NYC.
