Liked: I really enojyed my stay here. Definately i recomend it for all the travellers.. the location is great, in a safe quiet neighbourdhood but all is near by the metro. The staff is friendly and the facilities are excelent. I have the opportunity to come back to NYC i would come back to the hostel!

Liked: well located in a safe area upper west side right at the central park. good connection by metro to Time Square or other interesting places in New York. I definitely recommend this hostel. When we have been there staff has served us well. You will always find things which don't fit but nothing is perfect. It is a hostel to overnight to a fair price under good conditions.

Liked: It was cheap and located in a nice area. It was reasonably clean. It is what it should be: a good, cheap place to sleep in when visiting NYC.

Liked: i liked the friendly "desk woman" this would be a main reason to recommend your hostelHowever the reason i won't recommend the hostel is:i stayed there together with my sister and every night some other roommates decided to pack up their stuff during the night between 12 and 3 am in the morning ! It was extremely noisy and of course the light was on so we couldnt really sleep...Since "to sleep somewhere" is the main reason to book a hostel and we werent able to really sleep we would not recommend this hostel because there are no rules that are reinforced to make sure the dorms are quiet at night ....

Liked: Great location! Stairs/floors are a bit creaky and if you're a light sleeper, you might be kept awake by all the people coming in and out at night. Great place though!

Liked: great location on uppper west side, right near central park. I met some really cool people, but they make you leave any large luggage downstairs in the lobby. It was really hard to live out of my suitcase when I had to travel two flights of stairs to access it.

Liked: This hostel was quite friendly and had internet access which is always a bonus! There is a communal lounge room and kitchen area which is really nice and there is a wide screen tv. The staff are not as helpful as they could be but your baggage is left securely in a locked room over night.
