This newly renovated guest house features uniquely styled guest accommodation in a turn-of-the-century townhouse in the heart of Manhattan. The interiors were redesigned with an aim to create a tranquil yet ultimately hip urban hideaway that fuses comfort with originality.

Our guest suites are suitable for couples, families, or groups of friends travelling together, and recommended for those who seek privacy and want to experience New York City (NYC) a little bit like a "local".

14.74% sales and hotel tax, $3.50 per room per night NYC occupancy fee

• Check-in: 3:00 PM-10:00 PM by prior arrangement. No check-in after 10:00 PM (self check-in possible)
• Check-out: by 11:00 AM
• All arrivals will need to provide flight information or arrival time.
• Valid photo ID required upon check-in.
• We are an adult-oriented property, our facilities are not suitable for children. No kids under the age of 14 will be accepted.
• Guests must be at least 21 years of age to check in without an adult guardian.
• Accommodations are for registered guests only. No extra guests beyond the maximum capacity of the reserved suite.
• Pets are not allowed.
• For credit/debit card payments there is a 3.5% percent bank processing fee.
• While we stay open all year round, we do not accept check in on Dec 24/25/26/31 and Jan 1.

Accommodation Information

Deluxe Family Room En-suite: Sunny and bright one bedroom apartment on 590 sqft. (square feet) 1 king size bed + 2 single beds (in separate bedroom). Street front unit with city views. Max 4 pax (persons).

Deluxe Private Double En-suite: Studio with king size bed, kitchenette, private bathroom and a dining area on 320 sqft. Backside unit, no views. Max 2 pax.

Private Triple En-suite: One bedroom apartment with open plan living and kitchen, private bathroom and a bedroom on 420 sqft. 1 king size bed and 1 extensible sofa that can accommodate a third guest. Backside unit, no views. Max 3 pax.

Private (2 double beds) En-suite: Two small size bedrooms, a kitchen with dining area and a bathroom on 450 sqft. Both bedrooms feature a full size (135x188cm) double bed a flat screen TV. Because of the relatively small double bed size it is recommended for families of 3-4 or two couples on a tight budget, or two friends that prefer two separate bedrooms. Backside unit, no views. Max 4 pax.

Location Information

We are located in Greenwich Village, a lovely and lively residential neighbourhood in the centre of Manhattan with tree lined streets and a host of restaurants, cafes, all kinds of shops and services within easy walking distance to Midtown, Soho shopping and many of the sights. Three major subway lines are within an easy walking distance (5 minutes), making it easy to get to anywhere in Manhattan. We’re just steps from Union Square and Washington Square Park.
