Liked: I liked the friendly and helpful staff and safety for us and our friends. What i really did not like, was the fact, that elevator is missing. It is not funny, when u have a lot of luggage, but i have to say, that the Front Desk clerk helped us with the luggage.

Liked: The staff was very friendly and helpful and created a really welcoming atmosphere. There is a lot of sports facilities at offer (exercise room, pool), which is great for people who want to work out. The connection to public transport was very good, which is important as the hostel is about 10 minutes on the bus from the subway stop. The bus to the subway stops in front of the building every 5 to 10 minutes.The hostel is very clean. My room (a private one) was small, but had a desk, a big mirror and a rather large closet and therefore enough room for my luggage. Even though the room was very basic it had everything I needed for the time there (3 nights) The bed was really comfortable with a nice soft pillow and an extra blanket. The shared bathrooms were also very clean. I felt secure and comfortable there.
