Budget New York City apartment just 1 block from Central Park and a short walk from the Cathedral of St John the Divine and Museum Mile. Times Square is just 20 minutes by New York City subway. Apartment facilities include air-conditioning, TV with DVD player and a free bottle of wine.

Lula's apartment is located on the second floor at the front of the building. The elevator means the building is accessible to wheelchairs. Beautiful polished hardwood floors. Laundry room in basement of building. (small charge) Full service kitchen. Microwave & Toaster oven. Refrigerator. Complete Coffee, Tea and hot Chocolate set-up. Electric kettle for tea. This apartment will be your home away from home. It is complete with many more free amenities to make your stay a comfortable one.

Once you book your reservation you will receive a confirmation email from LULA'S APARTMENT. You must email us back with any information in regards to your reservation, questions or concerns. Please include a Mobile/Cell Phone Number. No one under 18 years old is allowed to stay or book an apartment. Ring bell #2A upon arrival. Someone will come to Greet you & accompany you to the Apartment.

SPECIAL SERVICES:
For all our Guest who check-in 8:00PM and later LULA'S APARTMENT will provide a meal. Upon receiving your Welcome Confirmation Letter from us, we will ask you to select a meal platter.
The Meal Platters are:
-Vegetable Platter
-Fruit Platter
-Sandwich Platter
-Cheese, Crackers, & Cold Cut Platter.

Accommodation Information

We are pleased to announce we are able to accommodate a couple and 1child.

The child must be aged between 2 years and 4 years only and must be able to sleep in a Graco Pack and Play Crib. If the child is older, you will not be able to Check In.

Location Information

Our easy access location will allow you to travel to and from to different tourist attractions in Manhattan, Queens, New Jersey and Bronx!

We are located within 2 famous Parks, Central Park and Morningside Park within walking distance from Fifth Avenues and Museum Mile. And just 10 minutes walk from Harlem's Famous 125th Street.

We are also two blocks from New York’s Central Park and only a 15 minute walk to Harlem’s Famous 125th street.

On the Westside of New York City you can walk fifteen minutes up 110th street to Broadway. We are a twenty minute ride downtown to Midtown 42nd Street Times Square.

While the apartment is available 365 days a year, Check-in is available 6 days of the week. There will be no Checkin on Saturday. We also add a Key charge of $20.00 (refundable) that will be givien back at the check out time. Once you arrive on the apartment pls. ring door bell #2A. Pls. calll the apartment host if you decide to cancel. Only cash is accepted upon arrival.
