Public transportation

From JFK Airport:

Take the Air train towards Howard Beach station from outside of the baggage claim area. Take train A to 34th Street/Penn Station. Then Walk East to Broadway then turn south (right) and walk down to W 31st Street on Broadway.

At 31 Street turn left and walk as far as #5. Urban Oasis is located between Broadway and 5th Avenue, right opposite to Wolcott Hotel. Ring doorbell #10. Take elevator to 10th floor. (About 15 minutes walk from station).

In case your luggage is heavy and prefer to walk less, you might want to change from train A to train F or V at W 4 St/Wash Sq station (direction: Uptown) Get off at 34th St/Herald Sq. On Broadway walk south to 31st Street.

At 31st Street turn left and walk as far as #5. Urban Oasis is located between Broadway and 5th Avenue, right opposite to Wolcott Hotel. Ring doorbell #10. Take elevator to 10th floor. (about 5 minutes walk from station).
Travel time from JFK : (about 1,5 hours)
Fare: $7/person (air train $5, subway $2)

From Newark International Airport:

Take the Air Train to Newark Airport Railway Station. Change to train going to Penn Station. (Trains run every 10 minutes and the ride takes about 25 minutes) From Penn Station exit to 32nd Street/7th Avenue. Make a right and walk down on 7th Avenue as far as 31st Street. Make a left to 31st Street and walk as far as #5. (About 7 minutes walk) Urban Oasis is located between Broadway and 5th Avenue, right opposite to Wolcott Hotel. Ring doorbell #10. Take elevator to 10th floor. (about 15 minutes walk from station).
Travel time: about 1 hour

If you don't want to carry your heavy luggage, you can always grab a cab from the subway station, it will cost you a couple of bucks.

La Guardia Airport:
