Since beginning, David, the owner, helped us in everything and even with a mistake that we had ourself to get the trip to the airport the last day. All staff are very friendly and the room and the apartament (kitchen and bathrooms) were always very clean. We already have a home in New York! Thanks, thanks and thanks!	100%

Really hit the spot... clean, safe you feel like at home , lots of kitchenware and other stuff provided ... and beeing in Harlem is sooo cool!!!! nobody bothers you on the streets.. frendly people... 05 November 2009	Customer review Great value for a private room in New York, very close to the subway, unfortunately the building entrance doesn't seem secure and the neighborhood has recently become more sketchy, experienced my first attempted mugging a couple of blocks away, during my stay, after visiting/living in NY without incident for 10 years.	52%

The area was not a good one and they lied about the location of the apartment despite some excuses about trying to change the location on the website, its being like that for at least 6 months. Facilities were terrible, no cooking or laundry facilities on site.	27%

19 October 2009	Customer review The place is clean, has free internet access, big common room with a nice kitchen, big dining table and enough place to hang out, watch tv etc. The oven was not working, though (hope it is fixed by now), and one was able to see mice in the living room late in the night (hope they got rid of them by now).	82%
