Liked: Pretty dirty, very small rooms. The area is a little bit shady, but in 2 blocks from the hostel it is ok.

Liked: The fact that from the outside you cannot tell this is a hostel made me feel safe. The rooms are very spacious despite having 4 sets of bunks and are very clean and comfortable and nicely designed. - there is air con, and individual lockers too. You can tell the owners have thought about what travellers want - with a nice kitchen area just outside the rooms, with free internet access. The bathrooms are also clean and homely.

Liked: I really liked the hostel. Because it's so small and comfy it feels like you're sharing a flat with many nice people. There's free tea and coffee and the manager was always very helpful. I made friends and would definitely stay there again. A minor complaint: there's not much space for luggage in the rooms and you have to bring your own padlock to close security lockers - which is no problem but good to know in advance.

Liked: Great location. Only 2 minutes walk to Port Authority bus station and 5 mins walk to Time Square. Free internet access with new laptops provided.

Liked: Small rooms, great location close to lots of restaurants and not far from the subway, very clean. Quiet, which is great for sleeping, but not so much for meeting new people.

Liked: The comfiest beds I have ever slept in, in a hostel! Really safe, secure hostel in the perfect location, walking distance to Times Square. Perfect place to stay if you just want a base to explore NY city, but if you're looking for a party hostel this isnt it

Liked: This place is clean, fresh and merry. The location is just a few blocks from TImes Square. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Good value for budget travelers.

Liked: I had a wonderful stay at the Times Square New Hostel! What I liked most is the fact that everyone was considerate of their roommates and respected the quiet hours rule. I read in some other person's review that the hostel was not a party hostel. Well, it's supposed to be a place of rest! There are plenty of party places around and since there is no curfew, people are welcomed to stay out for as long as they want. But for those of us that go to bed early, it was nice having the quiet hours rule. The hostel itself was fun enough considering it is a place of rest and not a place for partying. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone!

Liked: Nice and clean, very close to Times Square, with wireless internet. The boys from reception agreed to take care of my luggage after I checked out and went sightseeing. Very very good hostel, I recommend!

Liked: Me and my Buddy were living in a four-bed-dorm. It's very safe and secure, because we had a key to the hostel, a key for the floor and a key for the room and in the room you have your own locker. The hostel is only a few minutes away from the Times Square. The internet access is free and the rooms are very clean. All in all we enjoyed our trip to NY also because of this hostel. Thanks a lot - we will come again.
