15 September 2009	Customer review I liked about this property that it took only a few minutes to Manhattan. It is a cheap place to stay and for such a small amount of money you cannot expect much. Nevertheless, if you do not want to stay in a dorm but have some privacy and do not expect ANY luxury or even cleanness, it is the cheapest place to stay that close to Manhattan.	55%

13 September 2009	Customer review After checking in I suddenly ran away to search another place where to stay. Ok for budget accommodation but this was pretty enough! All the rooms were made of wooden panels and every room was large enough to contain a bed. All the doors were ruined. The streets all around were not very recommendable, but this was not the worst aspect. And I could even pass away the fact that, when I checked-in, the front desk person didn't recognize my reservation made by this website. Of course a very bad experience.	20%
