Dell BrownThis is the second time we stayed here. Great place. Very close to the subway station about 5 - 10 min walk or 5 dollar cab ride if you really don't like walking - then the train will take you everywhere - 5th Ave, Times square, Soho, WTC. A few small deli's/food shops just a stones throw away. The kitchen facilities included everything you needed - oven, hob, microwave, toaster. The walls are quite thin so if you're a light sleeper buy some ear plugs in case you get noisy neighbours. The staff were really helpful and the value for money for everything you get is outstanding. Free computer with internet in each apartment, 24 hr staff, apartments cleaned daily to a high standard. You couldn't ask for more. If we were to live in New york then we would stay here. |

Customer reviewThere was no wireless service as promised. Staff seemed to have problems assessing the computer system, which made checking in a bit of a wait. We waited for at least an hour for check in. Location is good (you can't go wrong with upper east in NY) but a bit too far from subway station (10-15 minute walk, pleasant if weather is good). The interior of the rooms is very pretty and well maintained. It was an enjoyable stay. |

Customer reviewThis is definitely a great place to stay if you're low on budget. You get your own little apartment with kitchen and bathroom, shared. It's like a 10 minute walk from the subway, but it's worth it. The guy who owns it...he was super nice! Gave us an extra towel when needed :) |

Customer reviewFor the price the apartments were an amazing find. Although very small, the self contained apartments have all you could need for a stay in New York. (who spends that much time in accommodation while traveling anyway!) A few blocks walk to the subway, safe and secure building, clean common areas and if you are lucky you may have the apartment to yourself. Staff are very friendly and helpful despite being unorganised in the business side of things. Would definatly stay here again. |
