Steve PartenskyThe location is central and the interior is lovely. It's very secure. However, their 'private rooms' with 'private bath' were not what I'd expected. They are basically closet spaces, separated by a VERY thin wall. Four such rooms are allocated 2 bathrooms. Then there is the shared kitchen and living room area. So they are not exactly 'private'. But they are very clean, safe and in the center of Financial district. There also was roof access to get a nice view of NY from the top. |

Customer reviewA bargain and very surprising to us both who stayed there. Clean, quiet (was on the 10th floor), free internet in the room, large communal space, and all practically new furnishings, though basic (which was perfect for us, staying just 1 night). Not in the most party-centric neighboorhood, but would definitely go back. |

Customer reviewLooked new and the bathrooms were very clean and nice. Thin walls but the other people were quite so it was ok. Perfect location! Four rooms in every apartment that shares two bathrooms. Very warm during the night and it was impossible to open the window to get fresh air. |

Customer reviewThis place has a great location, it's very close to other attractions, and it's clean. However, we were placed in the room where the owners of the property were doing some changes even during our stay what I did not find good - I believe maintenance and adjustments should be done between check-out-check-in not when people live there. Security is also poor, the look in our room was symbolic. Nonetheless, pros overweight cons and I would probably return to this place and recommend to my friends. |

Customer reviewThey are testing the Hostel concept there. The building contains mainly offices and people living there.. and only 8 rooms in 2 complex are actually part of what is called Financial district apartment. Which means when you get to the adress.. it will look nothing like an Hotel, but keep going and go to third floor to the Building Management Office. The Hotel staff was arriving at 10h30 in the morning so don't bother getting there earlier. Never-the-less, it's worth it because you are close to metro lines, in a nice and quiet enough area (we heard nothing with windows open..). For those who want to see New York cheap, it can be a good thing because you have your kitchen and fridge to prepare your own food. We stayed at the 10th floor so we had kind of a view too. I would go back if i had another weekend in NewYork. For a group of friend or a Family, renting over there can be a very good alternative. |

Customer reviewNice & clean apartment, 2 bathrooms shared with 4 rooms. Many subway lines just downstairs, which was very convenient. Beware if you arrive on Sunday, because nobody was here to check us in, although we agreed on arriving earlier than the check in, just to drop off our luggage. Not very friendly staff, they did nothing to help us out, they just wanted to make sure that they got their $. Otherwise, the apartment is a great value for money and it is definitely a great place to stay a few days while visiting NYC. Many thanks to the guys from the synagogue on the 3rd floor who have been very helpful to us ! |

Customer reviewLocation is perfect, subway is just outside the building, rooms are small but very clean, the only problem is noise, the walls are very thin and you can hear everything from the other rooms. We had noisy roomates for a couple of days and it was annoying. I would definitely stay there again. |
