At financial district apartment city hall, south street seaport, Wall Street, movie theaters and 20 restaurants are all just a few blocks away. We have free Cable TV and phone in rooms along with full size comfortable beds for a good night's sleep.

Welcome to the Financial District Apartments!

We are for adults only- no one under 18 years of age is permitted to stay here. The private bedrooms are all equipped with flat panel High Definition TVs. We also have newly installed shared bathrooms and kitchen are located within the apartment

The Apartments are located in a famous landmark property, with abundant daylight illuminating the rooms through over-sized windows. The main entrance and lobby are newly renovated. All hallways are carpeted and we have 24 Hours / 7-days-a-week security surveying the premises with the aid of 56-camera video monitor and digital video recorder (DVR).

The hallways of the apartments also have video security. We also have a recently installed Fire Central Alarm System on all floors and fire sprinklers everywhere promoting safety. The management office for the building is located on the third floor.

We also provide broadband Internet access throughout the entire building with 4 high speed elevators including freight. Guests have access to enter the premises at all hours.

Facilities include a bike hire and parking service. You may keep a bicycle in your room or make arrangements with the doorman to store it for you. We also offer a luggage storage and currency exchange facility.

Pets are not allowed.

This facility is in a fundraising effort by MacDougal Street Synagogue and Beth Midrash to build a new synagogue and in its never ending quest to promote tolerance and understanding between all persons of all religions.

Our prices do not include tax. New York city taxes are 14.25% on rooms $40 and above.
For example, a room for $50.00 per night calculates as follows: 5.875% for city taxes and 8.375% for state taxes for a total of 14.25%, and in addition there is a $2.00 per night state room tax and $1.50 per night city room tax.

Therefore, on $50, you pay $7.125 in city and state taxes plus $3.50 per room tax totaling $10.625 which amounts to 21.25% tax on a $50 per night stay.

Taxes will be added to your bill when you arrive.

Accommodation Information

All our rooms come equipped with a 22 inch flat screen TV, free 24 hour Wi-Fi internet access and a fridge, freezer and microwave.

Linen and towels are also included although a deposit may be required in order to insure prompt return of items.

It is conveniently located just one block east of Broadway, near the world famous Wall Street and the American Stock Exchange, The Federal Reserve, two blocks from the former World Trade Centre, ½ block from the proposed Fulton Street Transit Hub and four blocks from the South Street Seaport attractions. We are located on a corner fronting three blocks Nassau, Fulton & Ann Streets.

We are two doors away from a gym, health spa, swimming pool, bars and night clubs as well as numerous restaurants are available within easy walking distance, they offer a variety of endless cuisine from Chinese, Japanese, kosher, American, Greek, Italian, French and many more!
