The Hotel 309 is centrally located to reach anywhere in Manhattan within minutes and also in Manhattan's trendy "meat market" neighbourhood of Chelsea, Hotel 309 is ideal lodging for the tourist seeking a limited service apartment style hotel in the heart of downtown New York!
Hotel 309 is within walking distance of charming Greenwich Village, the historic Washington Square Park, New York University, SOHO, art galleries, cafes, exciting shopping, the "hottest" new restaurants and popular "celebrity" night clubs.
The Hotel is located on W 14th Street between 8th and 9th Avenue, in the stylish Chelsea neighbourhood. An all-time favourite with artists and performers, this is the area where Jack Kerouac resided in when he wrote On the Road and where Madonna started her career.
Hotel 309 offers welcoming, yet basic accommodations with one shared bathroom every three rooms.
