ZIP112 is located on North of 6th Street, only 5 minutes away from the East Village via Subway / L Train.

West Williamsburg is the area of exclusive artists and hipsters. Williamsburg is widely known as a neighborhood in the New York City borough of Brooklyn and the home of thriving art community and is largely associated with one of its main streets, Bedford Avenue. Currently, residents see Williamsburg as a lively neighborhood with easy access to Manhattan, which is a Magnet for young people moving to New York City.

Checkout time is 12 noon.
We do not have a traditional 24-hour front desk, so guests should notify us their arrival time.

If your appointment for check-in is before 2:00 p.m. we will be happy to accommodate you by checking your luggage, and provide you with the main entrance keys to our hostel for your convenient travel plan until your room is ready.

All arrivals need to provide flight information or other arrival details in order to confirm arrival time. If your check-in has to be scheduled after 8:00pm or before 9:00am, there is $15 late or early check-in fee. All patrons must arrive on time unless otherwise notify us.

Airports to ZIP112(Williamsburg, Brooklyn): 30-40 Minutes (non-traffic) and 50-70 Minutes (traffic)

Mature, quiet guests are preferred.
We do everything we can do to preserve a tranquil atmosphere in our hostel. If you would like to bring a child with you, please contact us. Children under 18 must be in rooms accompanied by a parent. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate children five or under.

Smoking is not allowed in the room or in the common areas except the balcony. Evidence of smoking in the room or common areas will result in an additional charge of $250 will be billed to cover the additional cleaning for smoking in the room and loss of revenue. No open flames of any kind, including lit cigarettes or burning candles, are allowed in the room.

No Alcoholic Beverage.
No pets are allowed.
No Curfew

Reservation:
There is a minimum reservation of two (2) nights.
Minimum stay requirements may be reduced for reservations made within one week of arrival.

Cancellation and Payment Policy:
ZIPNY maintains a strict cancellation policy.
You must notify us at least 7days prior to arrival time
Any days within 7 days will be subjected to a 50% cancellation fee. Any cancellation of the day of Check-in will be charged the full nights stay. Please be courteous enough to inform us immediately of a cancellation or change in plans.


Upon arrival, full payment will be accepted in cash (USD). We do not accept personal checks and credit cards.
