It's a great location, not in the centre of all the rush, but not too far out of it.	95%

04 September 2009	Stefan Klar its a great location to get started with some trips in manhattan, central an good connections to metro and bus. there are great common rooms for activities like pool, playing wii together or watching tv. and they offer interesting things like free tours (for example to central park or downtown) or showing around in the neighbourhood bars or barbecuing in the court.	90%

18 June 2009	Customer review I DID NOT like: The entire level had to share one small bathroom - in such a case it needs a lot more cleaning than was done. In most of the showers one had to squeeze the entire stuff on a few hooks - a bench or small chair in front of the showers was really nice. First night was booked on my name and second night was booked on my friend's name. Because of this we were forced to completly check out after one night - not very friendly (and in advance one told us we don't have to check out because of this!).	70%
