Liked: During our stay, the temperature was very too hot. We were obliged to open the window ( in winter !!) like all other rooms. Such a waste of energy.Hot water in the ladies shower which take 10 minutes to arrive = waste of water.

Liked: I liked the fact they planned events in the evenings that were good for getting people together. i also liked that this Hostel was in a really nice area in New York i didn't have to deal with crowds of people when i just wanted to relax in the evening.

Liked: STAFF has ALWAYS been GREAT ! & HELPFUL when problems arose ! I have stayed there several times over the years - hostel's GREAT but ALWAYS have terrible sleep bc SO hostel's so LARGE - many fellow travellers are Disrespectful (this time we had 2 Russian girls painting their nails at 2 am with our Door shut !!! Unreal !!! )
