Customer reviewnothing - if i had known it was this bad i would have gone straight to the airport!! the toilet and the guy behind reception were the only decent things there - he gave me free internet access at the front desk to check my emails. the rest of it was horrible. |

Customer reviewStaff are really helpful and friendly. lots of toilets and showers which is always handy. EXCELLENT location right near Penn Station. wifi works in the lounge downstairs and some areas on L2. was moved to an upstairs dorm with 8beds which was a bit smelly...but other than that great stay. |

Joshua McNeilThe rooms were not SMALL, they were EXTRA SMALL. I could barely unpack my things without someone bumping into me. The rooms were pretty dirty, and the bathrooms were smaller than a refrigerator. The showers were separate from the toilet and sinks, which was weird too. There were "wet paint" signs everywhere even though there was no wet paint. The ceiling above my bed had a hole in it and when it rained, water came running down the walls and parts of the ceiling crumbled onto my bed. Location really isn't everything, especially since you can get anywhere n New York via a 15 minute max subway ride. |

Customer reviewThe staff was really friendly and helpful, it was very clean and the location is perfekt. Although the rooms are really small and the walls thin, I would recommend this hostel. When you stay in NY you are out all day, so it dosn't matter that the rooms are small as long as the staff is friendly. |

Mathias Casaergreat social vibes, friendly and helpfull staff with a good sense of humour, good service day n night, all needed accomodations are present its a great location and you get to meet a lot of international people some people might think of it as too noisy but i didnt mind at all i got a refund for a cancelled night without any problems, a benefit of paying with creditcard |
