**Please Note **Males over 27 years old. You are not allowed to book dorm beds. You will either be rejected for check in or placed in a private room at increased cost.

Choose between Dorm Beds as low as $17 a night, through deluxe private single rooms and as large as private 6 person ensuite. All guests enjoy use of total facility. Kitchen use, Common Rooms with Free Internet, Wi-Fi, BBQ Nights, Patio Parties.

The AAE Bourbon House Staff Welcomes you to the 'Mansion' located just a block off Magazine Street. From the minute you walk in, you will feel the warmth and charm of New Orleans Hospitality. New Years, Mardi Gras, Jazz Fest, Spring break, July 4th, all have a 3 day min. Your card will also be charged a preauthorize to verify your card. If you card declines your booking will automatically be canceled.

Location Information

We are 18 minute walk to downtown city center, and 22 minutes walk to the famous "French Quarter " and Bourbon Street. If you drive here , we have free parking and you can easily leave your car here while walking. We are just a few minutes from the Convention Center.
