Liked: awesome character, great for people travelling alone, the easiest place to meet new people, as there are always people around either in the lounge which contains the worlds most comfortable chair ever, out by the pool, or out on the front porch, it was the best place ive ever stayed

Liked: The Hostel has charachter. There are friendly staff and the amenities are sufficient for a good meal and a good nights rest. It's got a real communal living feel about it and has done well after the devastation of Katrina

Liked: Even under the difficult circumstances that New Orleans has been through little India House is a beacon of fun and a glimpse at what New Orleans used to be like, and hopefully what it will recover to in time. Rome wasn't built in a day, but if they had a place like this it could have been done faster

Liked: I loved the friendliness of the people in this hostel. It was very welcoming for someone travelling alone. It is also pretty close to the French Quarter.
