'A TRAVELERS' GUEST HOUSE'- is our new and very clean(no shoes inside)home on 2 acres of woods overlooking sweeping views of marsh, Pasteur Creek, and the expansive Upper Broad Creek.
Completed in 2012 our home is on pilings in the southern coastal style(no elevator).
The open interior features oak and tile flooring with idyllic views from every room.
The comfortably furnished screened porch(42'X12') has 4 ceiling fans and ample lighting for day & night enjoyment of foliage, wildlife, birding, and water views.
Outdoor seating is provided throughout the property.
A 340' nature walk leads to Pasteur creek & a dock for relaxing, fishing(license required), nature watching, or small boating(a rowing dinghy is available for guests).
Please bring your canoe or kayak(kayak rentals available) for easy launching and explore the Upper Broad Creek, the Neuse river, and Northwest Creek.
