Liked: There was brilliant aircon in the room, clean bedding, perfect location, $3 lunch and dinner at the hostel, free brekkie, few minutes walk from the beach, great common room to meet people, what more do you need! Great vale for money!

Liked: Close to the beach, great value & tasty meals for $3. Beds are not very comfy, $4 to store your bags after checkout, but overall OK for the price.

Liked: dinner every evening for 3 Dollars was really nice. The people there were also great and the atmosphere. But we spend there 4 nights and we didn't see them once cleaning the bathroom and that was what it was looking like... also the beds were so uncomfortable and I am pretty sure that there were bed bugs.

Liked: Staff member was uninterested in helping us during out stay instead spent most of the time on her cell phone. Had to change rooms three times on arrival due to administration errors which was frustrating. Don't expect the free breakfast to be on time either. The dinners were excellent though, good food and good price.

Liked: Realllly nice place to stay, got cold at night and i only had a sheet? maybe they forgot the blankets i don't know, food for dinner was amazing $3 for a dinner that filled you up and they run alot of tours and things like that at reallly good rates, staff were reasonably helpful, some more than others but i did enjoy my stay. beds were comfy, shower could use a bit of a fix but it was sufficient, definatley reccommended!

Liked: Friendly staff, great location, discounted meals and free breakfast, linens, just all around great. Wifi is free, have to pay to use their computers, other than that no complaints.

Liked: Hostel was fairly average but in a good location, ony 2 blocks from the beach! Rooms had air con and mini fridge but no lockers for security and the shower curtain was covered in mould

Liked: I came to miami for the frist time and picked jazz because it seemed chaep and cheerful. I didnt expect anything special. I was so happy with jazz i dont know where to begin. The staff are friendly, the rooms are clean as hostel rooms can be. I recommend jazz to any traveler looking for a good time and a safe place to stay.

Liked: Great location! And really great value for the money. The free breakfast is awesome and (if you eat meat) the lunch and dinner are pretty sweet too. If you're a girl you might have to deal with a few creepy old men trying to hit on you (but this is Miami after all) Overall though it's a super great place and if you're young and want to have a great time I would definitely recommend it.

Liked: The staff could not have been less helpful. They lost our booking and the even though it was their fault, we had to pay more expensive walk in fee. also they booked us the wrong shuttle coz they clearly were not listening and therefore we were forced to pay 90 dollar taxi to the airport on top of the shuttle. oh but it wasnt their fault because that particualr staff member was no on duty at the time. lightng in rooms was also terrible. good common areas.

Liked: The place was fine considering what I paid for it. There were a few things that I thought were not so great at this place. The common area was very very small and always felt too full. Also, there were not very nice lockers in the rooms, they were very small and looked to have been broken into many times before. When people stay at hostels I feel like this is an important feature to have. Also, I feel many hostels that I have been to have offered free internet, and this place did not.
