Rooms come with kitchens but for those that prefer not to cook we have a coffee shop on the premises that offers discounts to our guests. We are minutes away from historic South beach and have easy access to airports. Free parking is also available.

All rooms have kitchens - saving you tons of money! Most rooms are re-modelled, and 4 people can share a large room with 2 double beds for cheaper then a hostel! In all private rooms you will have en-suite bathrooms.

Dorm Beds are Mixed Gender- in rooms with 4 and bathroom- kitchen use allowed lockers and luggage storage.
1 or 2 people: 1 double bed or 2 double beds
3 people: 1 double bed and 1 single and save money
3 to 4 people: 2 double beds in large kitchen room
