DUO HOUSING, LA offers furnished dormitory style accommodations for students, interns, and travelers on a budget. Close to restaurants, coffee shops, supermarkets and shopping (The Grove and Beverly Center). Also, located nearby major freeways & public transportations (Metro Line).

There are two gourmet kitchens fully furnished, free wireless internet throughout the entire house, no curfew or lockout time, we provide all linens, towels, and daily maid service. There is a large flat screen television, game consoles, all the premium cable channels, washer and dryer onsite, public use computers, dedicated quiet study lounges, weekly group events, free gourmet coffee and teas, and discounted shuttle service to the airport! What more could you ask for?!

All reservations are charged 48 hours in advance of your arrival. If your credit card information changes please contact us immediately. Any reservations with declined / expired credit cards are subject to termination.

For safety and information security Duo Housing requires that all guests present a credit card that matches their government issued photo ID upon checking in.

No one under the age of 18 allowed without prior approval of Property Manager AND 3 days prior notice.

CHECKIN: You may enter the house at 11am but not before. You may leave your luggage with us prior to that, but may not spend time in the property until 11am. Your bed will be ready by 3pm on the day of your checkin

CHECKOUT: We request that you vacate the property by 11am. This means all of your belongings must be out of the room and you must leave the property by 11am. You may leave your luggage with us until 3pm on the day of your departure, but if your luggage stays past 3pm you will be charged the currently posted daily rate as a luggage storage fee.

Please return all bedding and towels upon check out. If all of your bedding and towels are not returned your credit will be charged for any missing items.

Accommodation Information

DuoHostels LA has rooms with 3 or 4 bunk beds. Each bunk room has a designated personal locker—the guests are responsible for bringing the lock. The beds are twin-sized with clean linens and a fresh towel is provided!

You must give us 48 hours notice of a planned cancellation. If no notice is given the first day of your reservation will be charged.

14% tax is not part of reservation and will be additional

We are near all that Los Angeles has to offer! Easy access to 3 major bus routes, close enough to downtown LA or Hollywood or UCLA that you dont have to stress out about getting there for a job and close enough to Santa Monica beach and the world famous clubs of Hollywood to get there and back!
