Orange Drive Hostel is located on a quiet residential street IN THE MIDDLE OF ALL THE ACTION! Orange Drive is a great place for a calm sleep & rest, sheltering you from the noise of the busy streets just a few minutes walk from the hostel.

The house was built in 1918 and was the home to many classic movie stars, like Marilyn Monroe, Greg Cooper, Johnny Weismuller, Max Baer (famous boxer), Jean Parker "Bambi", Richard-Dick Clark, and many more. Clark Gable lived down the street and was a frequent visitor along with Rita Hayworth. Her husband Ali Kahn sponsored contestants from the Miss Universe Pageants who made Orange Drive their home. Some current stars include Efren Ramirez "Pedro" from Napoleon Dynamite and Griffen O'Neal.


Orange Drive has a rich history. As a hostel it has much to offer whether you want to relax in the lush gardens under the trees, hang out next to the fireplace or take a peaceful calm rest in a nice private room. Our staff will do their best to make you feel comfortable and safe.

Every dorm and private room is different and all contain antiques.
