Directions from Los Angeles International airport (LAX):
Option 1: public transportation
Step 1: Catch the Flyaway bus from the lower terminal level at LAX. Its final destination will be Union Station. Look for a green sign that reads "Flyaway, Buses and Long Distance Vans"

Step 2: From Union Station, catch the Metro red-line subway towards North Hollywood. Get off at the Hollywood/ Highland station. We are located right across the street form that station.

Option 2: Prime Time Shuttle van
Outside the LAX luggage pickup area, look for a Long Distance Vans sign. There should be an attendant wearing a red Prime Time uniform. Explain to the attendant that you’re going to Hollywood Youth Hostel, 6820 Hollywood blvd. they will drop you off at our door.

Driving:
If you have a rental car at the airport, take highway 105 North to highway 110 East to highway 101 North. Exit at highland ave. keep going onto highland ave. and you will see Hollywood blvd. Make a left on Hollywood blvd. we are just on your left side.

From Greyhound Hollywood:
Make sure your bus is arriving at the Hollywood Greyhound station - not one of the other Los Angeles stations. Walk south on Cahuenga Blvd, cross to the south side of Hollywood Blvd. and turn right heading west on Hollywood Blvd. you will see Kodak building and Chinese Theater. We are just cross over the Hollywood blvd.

From Amtrak's Union Station:
Take the red line subway towards North Hollywood to the Hollywood/Highland Station. Coming out of the station, you will see hostel sign cross the street.
