Customer reviewThe location was good apart from the huge number of homeless people hanging around, we did not feel that safe during the evening. The staff were very helpful and helped us when booking tours but the hotel has no internet unless you carry a laptop and no pay phone so for both of these we had to walk quite a way. I would stay there again but the area has put me off, although most areas of LA are like this at night. |

Customer reviewit was located in downtown LA, just on the good side! Had some permanent residents who were alittle undesirable, but did not bother us at all. Hotel is very old, has a fabulous foyer, rooms are clean and toiletries provided daily as well as room clean and fresh sheets and towels, also had iron and board and hair dryer. |
