Liked: They manage to lodge us-a large group of 13-altogether, and were most understanding about our specific needs. The relation price / quality was so good!

Disliked: Customer left no negative feedback.

Liked: Free WIFI and breakfast, good location.

Disliked: Pushy tour operator and free airport pick-up is very limited - goes only once a day and is not organised properly. Also slight confusion about location as looks like hostel has recently moved a few blocks away and is called Banana Bungalows.

Disliked: This place is for young single travellers who are looking to score. Don't stay here otherwise.

Liked: the rooms are big and the linen and towels are clean and for free, the location is nice and the neighborhood is friendly and quiet

Disliked: the breakfast area is not very clean and the whole hostel looks a bit shabby

Liked: The hostel is perfect to stay in. Nothing too fancy, just somewhere to leave your bags and a bed to sleep in while you go exploring.

Disliked: No kitchen! A kitchen would have made this a perfect hostel. Also there was never anyone around, which was a bit weird. You'd hear people but never see anyone

Liked: The staff were quiet friendly.

Disliked: - false advertisement on website i.e. available tours - they never replied to any of my emails before arriving (some 3months in advance) - unclean - didn't feel safe leaving my gear in my room at all

Liked: The property is relaxed. The private rooms are comfy. Wifi is free and has good signal in most parts of the hostel. Friendly and helpful staff. Free Coffee and breakfast cereals and toast. Coffee is all day. GOOD COFFEE. Enjoyed the vibe and relaxed feeling. In the middle of alot of the attractions.

Disliked: There was not much I disliked to be honest. My balcony door didn't lock which i guess could be a problem is someone had climbed up the bin and tried to get in over the railings. would be hard to do though. Its fantastic for a hostel.

Liked: I stay here every time in LA. I love it every time and always meet the best people! It's a lot of fun and there are so many things offered here that aren't offered at other hostels. It's also in a perfect and within walking distance of The Grove, CBS Studios, and only a block away from two main bus stops. Definitely worth the stay!

Disliked: The only thing I dislike is that when the patio doors are open, it isn't usually bad, but if there are people smoking outside the cigarette smoke from outside is wafted through the first floor. It's only periodic, but if you're sensitive to that, I'd just recommend hanging out where it's not too intense. Aside from that, I love it here!

Liked: 5 minutes away from a bus stop. Large common room with plenty of space to relax. Coffee and tea available.

Disliked: Not much going on in surrounding area - gets lonely at night.

Liked: everyone was really friendly, free food on sundays, and comedy on mondays... good common areas to meet people and tours well organised.

Liked: The lady who checked me in, cant remember name but a young ish lady, was easily the nicest person and mos helpful iv ever met in a hostel, 5* to you! Lots of sofa's etc, events happen often e.g. karaoke and free bbq.

Disliked: Kitchen was poor. Why do these places use paper plates and plastic cups, such a waste! Few ego's.
