Liked: Nice place to stay. Very friendly and helpful staff, always a friendly atmosphere. Good location...15 minute walk to the beach and 5 minutes to a supermarket. Bus stop 2 minutes away to get to where ever you want to go. Free wi-fi with a good connection and satellite TV with all the football :-) Definitely recommended.

Liked: Very down to earth and relaxed hosts with a homely atmosphere. 10-15 minute walk from Venice Beach, close to the airport, short walk to the mall.

Liked: I like it so much I extended my stay to over a week (and got a great weekly rate). Michael & Ian, the managers, have been so helpful. Can't praise this place enough, and I've stayed in hostels all over the world. You gotta check out Turtle Racing on Thursdays at the nearby Irish bar!

Liked: We were in a separate flat, away from the main hostel, and shared this with two other people which was great, we could help ourselves to breakfast when we liked, and the other two people were very welcoming. Shower was a bit minging, and road outside very noisy, no airconditioning, but comfortable with satelite tv available and Harley Davidson shop just around the corner - cool.

Liked: Very friendly easy going staff, great and safe location. It is not a palace but if you feel like 15-25 year old you'll like it. If you feel older stay at motel.
