Liked: Good size, and a great location to Hollywood. TVs in the dorm rooms were a nice bonus too, and breakfast was a good selection.

Disliked: Unfortunately there were bed bugs in one of our beds

Liked: The location is amazing and they offer lots of tours and dinners. Great spot.

Disliked: Nothing to dislike as long as you understand the concept of a hostel.

Liked: there s always something to do at the banana, and most of people are friendly. the rooms are clean and it s not so expensive.

Disliked: it could be a GREAT hostel if all the staff was good... unfortunetly 2 or 3 people from the staff are really impolite and sometimes agressive when you are not a girl...

Liked: free internet, cheap bike hire, free breakfast (toast, cereal and hot drink).

Disliked: staff were very unhelpful. Took us half an hour to get into the right room; wrong keys, different room to what we'd booked, walking distance to hollywood strip took longer than website proposed. had to make our own bed!

Disliked: my purse was stolen and there was a problem with my transfer back to the airport.

Liked: Room was clean. There was TV in the room. Breakfast was included in the tarriff. Booking was incorrect due to different ways of expressing dates but staff were extremely helpful and no problem eventuated.

Disliked: The need to carry heavy cases up flights of stairs.

Liked: Best hostel ive stayed in. The rooms were clean, free breakfast,wifi, and Internet. Great nights organsied including free dinner and beer on some nights. Cheap 5 dollar good meals on others. The perminent staff were great and gave good info not so much the desk staff but the other guys were always around to help out and give advice. Organized tours run everyday and were really great if you don't have much time in la.

Disliked: A couple of the front desk staff were a bit useless but the tour manager, tour guides and other guys are wicked and gave good advice and really helped out

Liked: it's a real party hostel. if you're into that it's ace. but if you're an early to bed person, this isn't the place for you.

Disliked: it's a pretty cool place. it's more on the un-nice side of west hollywood, away from the main party areas. but it's a pretty good location overall.

Liked: Met lots of great people and always something on the whiteboard suggesting things to do and things going on in the hostel on that day/night & helpfull stuff

Disliked: Found the beds to be missing alot of missing bars on the top and bottom bunks making it extremely dangerous that the beds could collapse any minute & the dirty furniture in the common room.

Liked: Private rooms are great size with a balcony, big bathroom (bigger than most hotels that are much more expensive). The 3$ breakfast was delicious!

Disliked: Low internet signal in our room, but there wasn't much to dislike. To be completely honest, going to a hostel my expectations are low so there wasn't much to dislike here as eventhough it wasn't perfect, there was absolutely nothing wrong with the place

Liked: Offers trips, such as tour rounnd LA city, Universal Studios, 6 flags and Disney Land that are all really good value for money. Helpful and friendly staff. Free breakfast. Wireless internet.

Disliked: Quite far away from attractions, such as the sunset strip and Hollywood Blvd. But staff really helpful when trying to organise transport / bus routes.

Liked: It was clean and the private room was big.

Disliked: I had a leaking tap in the bathroom and the sliding door at the back did not lock. My tv didn't work well either.
