The only hostel in Las Vegas with a swimming pool and located right on the famous Las Vegas Strip. This HI affiliated hostel is just a block away from the Stratosphere tower and features friendly and knowledgeable staff, comfortable beds, clean facilities, large lounge and fully-equipped kitchen.

HI - Las Vegas Tod Hostel and Hotel is a fantastic spot for those looking to really enjoy themselves in Las Vegas. Located under the iconic Tod Motor Motel neon sign, right on the Las Vegas Strip, this motel and hostel is perfect for meeting other people and enjoying the nightlife in Sin City. Part motel and part hostel, we have a large mix of young people from all over the world who are here to have a great time. We feature nightly limousine excursions to the clubs organized by our very entertaining activities coordinator. We also have outdoor movie nights, pool parties and many other activities. We also organize tours to the Grand Canyon, Hoover Dam, Zion and Bryce Canyon National Parks.
We are a Hostelling International hostel.

All of these things make staying at HI - Las Vegas Tod Hostel and Hotel a great value, but it’s our friendly staff and daily tours and activities that make us the travelers’ favorite hostel in Las Vegas.

Please note:

For dorm beds (not private rooms) in order to safeguard our guests and to uphold the atmosphere of our travelers’ hostel, we require that upon check-in each guest must provide a valid foreign passport, a Canadian driver’s license or out-of-state college ID and government-issued ID. You may also be asked to provide proof of current international travel. As well as having out-of-state identification, the ID must also show that you live outside a 100-mile radius of the hostel.

You must be 17 years of age or older unless accompanied by a parent or a school-appointed chaperone.

There is a 14-day maximum stay for all of our guests (although student housing rooms are available. Please inquire if you're interested in staying one month or longer).

We are affiliated with Hostelling International, so while a membership is not required, you will need to pay a $3 fee per night on dorm beds if you are not a member.

All of our rooms have an ensuite bathroom and air conditioning. Our private rooms also have a TV and furniture. We have 6-bed dorms, 4-bed dorms and even 2-bed dorm rooms. Our private rooms have either one queen-size bed or two full-size beds.

Location Information

We’re the only motel of its kind in Las Vegas. Just a block away from the Stratosphere tower, we also have very friendly and knowledgeable staff, comfortable beds, a lounge and a fully equipped common kitchen. Enjoy free tea and coffee, free pancake breakfasts and free wireless internet. Recover from your hangover by relaxing in our pool.

We also have a free pick up from the Greyhound Station between 10:00 am and midnight. (Free pick up after midnight if you give us 24-hours notice so that we can schedule a driver).
