The Emerald Suites Hotel is conveniently located on the famous Las Vegas Strip, just 4 miles south of Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino, Emerald Suites – Las Vegas Blvd offers spacious suites just steps from the excitement of casinos, nightlife and more.

All suites offer full kitchens with fridge, microwave, oven/stove, dishwasher, garbage disposal, cooking and dining utensils. Your suite will include free satellite TV with premium cable (HBO, ESPN), free high-speed Internet access, free local calls in-room safe. Linens and housekeeping included.

Our pet policy is as follows:
NO pet is to be left unattended in the room unless they are kenneled and owner must provide front desk with contact number in case the pet suffers separation anxiety.
You MUST clean up after your own pet(s)
You MUST use the designated pet area
No pets over 20 lbs.
NONREFUNDABLE fee of $25.00 per day, per pet, will be charged at the hotel. Beyond this fee, the occupant is responsible for ANY and ALL damages caused by your pet.
One warning will be given for disruptive pets, you will be asked to vacate the premises on the second disturbance
NO aggressive pet(s) will be permitted
Maximum 2 pets per room



Nevada has recently passed a bill to increase hotel room tax for Las Vegas. Effective July 1, 2009 the room tax will increase to 12%. Please note that this will affect all guests checking in on or after July 1st even if their reservation was booked prior to the tax increase bill being passed.
