Reservations: Reservation should be sent to our office in writing prior to guest arrival. Reservation should have complete names, dates, number of guest per house and accommodation type. Reservation must have the American Vacation Homes confirmation number inorder to be confirmed. All Units should be prepaid in Full 15 days prior to guest arrival. Payments paid by credit card is subject to a fee. Payments can also be made with bank wire transfer or with a company check in US Dollars, with a local bank. For Reservation arriving in less than 7 days prior to arrival, only credit cards will be accepted. Payments should be sent to: American Vacation Homes 12211 Regency Village Drive Suite 12, Orlando, Florida 32881 American Vacation Homes reserve the right to withdraw any allocation of credit agreement should the accounts be outstanding more than 30 days. American Vacation Homes receives the right to change the operator's existing method of payment. As part of the Guest Registration Procedure, the American Vacation Home require all guests to provide a $65.00 non refundable damage deposit and a $250.00 deposit upon arrival on credit card or $1,000 cash deposit, which will be returned 30 after departure if no damages or losses occured. The guest will sign an aknowledgement that, if damages to the house or villa occured during his/her occupancy, American Vacation Homes will charge the credit card statement . In case there are damages American Vacation Homes will notify the Tour Operator in writing, with a report of the damages occured within 30 days of the guest's departure. No pets Allowed. Housekeeping: All Homes will be professionally cleaned after departure. Reservation less than 5 nights will be subject to a cleaning fee. Cleaning Fee varies per accommodation type. Tour Operator is responsible to collect cleaning fee. During the High Season, American Vacation Homes requires 5 nights minimum stay. Daily cleaning service is available upon request. Cleaning Fees includes 7% tax. 3 Beds = $80.25 4 Beds = $90.95 5 Beds = $112.35 6 Beds = $126.26 All Homes are fully equipped with telephones. A calling card is required to make long distance calls. There is a charge of $35.00 + 7% Tax per day with a minimum of 4 days to activate the pool heater. This charge is to be paid by the tour operator directly to American Vacation Homes . This service should be requested at a time of booking because not all homes have heated pools.

Guests can cancel their reservation free of charge up to 16 days before arrival. Payments made to HostelBookers are non-refundable.
