Liked: Location is the best. 2minute walk and your at the beach!!! Grat place to meet people.

Disliked: The main thing is they did not have enough lockers in the room to store valuables ie passport/money etc. Also there is not enough room in the 8 person dorm in the first room for baggage storage. Perhaps build a large locker for baggageand remove the side table which is never used!!

Liked: convenient location. Good value for money. Staff were helpful.

Disliked: no cutlery. Shared a room with a homeless person and some rastafarian with only 4 toes on his foot!!!

Liked: The staff were fantastic - friendly, helpful, keen to give a good service. The rooms are great with small bathrooms and kitchenettes in each. All rooms cleaned everyday. Basic breakfast included. Free internet. About 30 seconds from the beach and in easy walking distance of everything to do in Waikiki.

Disliked: For a hostel I found it a little expensive at $29 a night. They do have good promotional deals available though, just be sure to book online via their website enough in advance.

Liked: It's a great place to meet people, and so close to the beach

Disliked: The bed was rickety it could have collapsed at any second, whenever someone would turn the whole frame would swing back and forth. The wifi was free but painfully slow to non-existant.

Liked: This place is the ideal professional yet laid back hostel that enjoys a great international and local mix of cultures. Great activities, awesome ham and eggs breakfast for a great price. Whether you are a budget traveller, backpacker, or student, this hostel will help you make the most of your time in Waikiki. The beach, surf shops, the best restaurants and coffee in the world and the Honolulu zoo all within a block. Good times.

Disliked: No complaints...upbeat..someone wanting strict quiet should stay in a hotel.

Liked: The location of this property was amazing! Right near Waikiki Beach and only walking distance to the main area. ABC store very close making it super handy for quick, simple cheap foods

Disliked: The door on the room i was in was very bad! We had problems with the door closing and also getting back into the room. The bathrooms could also do with sorting out. I was very disappointed that the staff gave out my personal email address to a girl I had shared accommodation with without my permission - and would suggest highly in future that they do not do so and if there is a query for them to deal with it directly.

Liked: Very helpful and friendly staff

Disliked: Loud street and hostel so not so great if you want a solid nights sleep. Curfew for common area is enforced but doesn{t diminish noise of outside people.

Liked: Very close to beach, great meals available, not so rowdy yet still a great place to meet others.

Disliked: Not in the safest part of town but if you stay smart, shouldn't be a problem.

Liked: We had really good roomies and good location but thats all this hostel has.

Disliked: This place is filthy, smelly, moldy...did i say filthy? Doors are never locked anyone can walkin.

Liked: best place in waikiki, close to the beach, very very friendly staff, great place to meet cool people

Disliked: you get kicked out of the lounge pretty early, so be prepared to spend money at the bar if you wanna continue drinking with your new mates

Liked: Very little, just the location.

Disliked: Noisy, dirty and creaky beds jammed in everywhere - yet not cheap enough to make it OK. I won't stay here again.

Liked: Friendly and helpful staff. Quality of your stay is very dependent on roommates, more than elsewhere because there is a kitchen in the room including all advantages and disadvantages of a commonly shared kitchen.

Disliked: Is a party hostel. Lockers are 1 $ per locking/opening.

Liked: Funky, laid back, perfect location near the beach. Common area is sweet, staff are really helpful.

Disliked: Floors and especially the bathroom were pretty grubby, but it's a beach hostel, so only to be expected. Staff did clean on a daily basis though which was good.
