Liked: Our flight arrived 3 hours late and we had arranged to be picked up(free) from the hostel. I just called ahead and they had no problem still coming to get us at 12:30am! It was such a relief and makes us even more thankful for the personal touch staying this hostel provides. We also got upgraded to a private 2 person suite for free! Things were clean and service was prompt. What a wonderful stay! I would recomend it to anyone.

Disliked: My only suggestion is that they could update the pillows. Ours were a bit flat and uncomfortable.

Liked: They had a pool and the guy at the counter was very friendly

Disliked: It's been far away from everything and its more a place for people who stay for longer. That way there is not really a travelers atmosphere

Liked: The dorms were an apartment, with the all the facilities of an apartment. A nice change from the traditional hostel bunk bend layout. Close to the airport and easy to get to and from the town centre. Very helpful staff

Disliked: Not much to do in Fort Lauderdale - if you are not a yachtie.

Liked: This hostel was very friendly. The owner is really helpful and the other travellers were very nice. The room was clean and had TV, fridge and microwave. The bathroom was clean. The hotel was quiet and the area very safe. You can walk at night on your own. It is a residential area with a supermarket near the hotel and some shops on the main road. I chose this hotel because it was close to the port Everglades where the ships leave. The location was very convenient for this and the price quite cheap.

Disliked: It does not really bother me but it is fair to mention that the owner has a cat and a little dog. If you don't like cats or dogs, don't book here because they are very friendly.

Liked: Really nice staff people, it includes internet use, but don't be in a hurry if you wanna do that, because they have a slow connection. Good location too, very close to the beach and central Ft Lauderdale. You can see Quarterdeck, Liquors Stores and malls in this area. I recommend that!

Disliked: Everthing is ok there, its negative point is only about cleanliness.

Liked: The staff was sooooo friendly, answered all our questions and gave us very helpful tips. Also we we´re picked up at the greyhound station. That was really nice. The breakfast was really good and the pool is awesome. Our room had an own kitchen and a living room with TV. It was huge. I loved that!

Disliked: The bathroom was not super clean :-/

Liked: Staff is helpful, but most of the time they're not in the office. You have to call them. Rooms are dirty with ants in it.

Liked: The Bridge was amazing! The staff were extremely accommodating and helpful. They quickly helped us add a bed to our room and were able to give us accurate and helpful directions. I would highly recommend this hostel whether you're from the U.S. or abroad.

Liked: got what i payed for. Would just stay at a normal hotel next time. Didnt get what i had payed for. The place was not clean and the staff was very odd to work with.

Liked: Dont count on to much for what your paying. Its a place to put your stuff and sleep. I didnt think it was clean at all. The showers had mold in them. The kitchen was dirty and had ants. They had not cleaned very well at all. The place is cheap and stuff said they would take me to the port but when it came time they said it was to much hassel. So just plan on a cab. it was cheap and stuff but would not stay there again.
