Liked: The options to have for free a bike for 2 hours, the other amenities to play at the beach, toys, chairs and umbrellas, the closiness to the beach, options to eat at the restaurant at the same place, tables and things to prepare your own BBQ ;) smelly

Disliked: They were not caring about cleaning the rooms... :( too sad because the place has a lot of good space and facilities just getting ruined

Liked: I stayed in the female dorm, and I was impressed that we had our own private bathroom in the room. It was very clean and had a skylight, which was a nice touch. The hostel is also very close to a beautiful beach and many restaurants nearby.

Disliked: The only thing I didn't like was that it is very difficult to get to the hostel without taking your own car or a taxi. I tried using public transportation to save money, but it took me about 2 hours to get there from the airport (I took a taxi back to the airport when I left and it only took about 20 min.). Partly this is due to the infrequency of the buses, but also because I didn't know where to get off the bus since it was my first time in the area. Advice for those taking public transportation: When you take the #4 bus from Dania Beach, take it all the way down A1A to Arizona Street, which is a major road just a block before an overpass ramp at the very end of A1A.

Liked: Receptionist was super nice and helpful. If you wana be close to Hollywood Beach itself then its perfect - only one block away but super hard to get to Miami by public transport.

Disliked: Not much of an atmosphere - pretty quiet and i didnt see any other travellers. Hollywood beach itself isnt the nicest place - Fort Lauderdale and Miami are better.

Liked: the nearby restaurant has the best food around and offers every saturday dj live music!

Disliked: at times it was difficult to reach the responsible manager to inquire about rescheduling, unfortunately she couldn´t help us and so we checked out a day earlier without any refund/etc.

Liked: Convenient to Hollywood Beach (1/2 Block) Bus Service 1/2 Blk.

Disliked: They close office and deck at 11pm....Perhaps should be 24 Hr. Desk?

Liked: It was only a stones throw away from the beach and bus stop into Hollywood Boulevard.

Disliked: The dorms were too cramped and there is not much to do around the property if you don't want to hang out at the 'Taco Shack'

Liked: Only stayed a night, but very helpful staff. We had problems checking in online and they helped us a lot.

Liked: clean room. met lovely people and crazy staff down in the , made it alot of fun! and its so close to the beach!! :)

Disliked: the address is fort lauderdale, not hollywood. i arrived at said address in fort lauderdale and arrived at an old shabby house. had to call them to find out it was im hollywood! well worth it though.

Liked: Awesome hostel...love the free to hire surfboards, bikes etc and located next to the beach :) Staff were really friendly and welcoming. I'd certainly return if I were backpacking and wanted some time just to chill at the beach.

Liked: This hotel-hostel is fantastic I really have a good time!they offer you computers, printers, beach chairs, and the best: bikes!!! the beach is amazing close. Rooms are well kept, and super clean and the staff service is very friendly and nice, defenetly i will come back.
