Customer reviewThere are no real hostels in downtown Detroit, so this is the next best thing. It's basic for a hotel but nonetheless much more comfortable than a hostel but cheap enough for most backpacking budgets. And the staff are exceptionally helpful. |

Customer reviewIt is better if you travel with your friends because you have to at least pay for a double room. Expect that, this is a really nice hotel, cheap, good location, nice service(according the accomdation fee). |

Customer reviewPRICE! booking over the internet gave us access to almost half price beds, meaning this was a private hotel room for the price of a hostel bed. Located right in the middle of downtown, easy walk to the ball park and footbal stadium, and close the buses. |

Customer reviewThe evening front desk manager and security guard were helpful, above and beyond what is required of their position. The front desk manager directed us to the hotel over the phone and the security guard insured that all our needs were met in preparation for the following day. |

Customer reviewTotally brilliant. AMazing location right in the middle of Detroit. Its pretty much a hotel with hostel prices. Don't know how they make money charging so little and providing so much. Definitely the place to stay in Detroit. |
