Liked: Although we had to call back to talk to a manager, we were completely refunded for our entire stay in our bedbug infested room. Very happy that we didn't have to fight for our rights to that.

Liked: There're not a lot of hostels in Chicago and compare to the other posibilities Arlington is not very expensive.It's not downtown but the area is nice. There's a bunch of great cafes (the hostel gives "continental breakfast"but the coffee is awful!! is way much better go somewhere else), nightlife and the wienners circle is so near (hot dog is awesome, fries amazing and burger too...and if you have been drinking and dancing all night even more!!)

Liked: Lovely historic building. Rooms are like ovens, no fans and even with window open all day and night its unbearable. Only 1 bathroom on each floor. Very noisey all night, construction work going on from 7am every morning with no pre-warning. No atmosphere.

Liked: Internet access was good.Tbe private room was very nice but the male bathroom was over the other side of the building to where our room was...! the cleaner came into our room in the morning while we were in bed teling us to check out when we had another night to stay. not much security at night.. anyone could walk into the building. overall our stay was good .

Liked: great location, near the el, near busses, near the lake. my room was empty so it was like having a hotel room for cheap. However, with all beds filled it might become a bit cramped.

Liked: In a nice residential area of Chicago, with plenty of places to eat and drink. Not too far from downtown either so overall a good base to enjoy what the city has to offer!!

Liked: A really cool location, many things to do and see around, close to Fullerton station which links three subway lines, roomy.

Liked: Looks really pretty, lots of holiday decorations when we were there. There's only three computers for a really large hostel, so you often have to wait. There's WiFi though.

Liked: free internet, but sorrily only for 30 min if someone is waiting, and internetconnection could be faster ... whatelse, the location is quite good, and in my opinion really secure
