 Wonderful people there!!! :) The kindest and the most friendly people in the world! This hostel was the best hostel among several other hostels in Britain when I stayed there for three weeks!!! I would not forget this hostel. :)

friendly staffs, clean rooms and bathrooms(staffs clean whole house everyday), easy to access. i spent about 2 weeks, and felt like my home!! i had a great time there!

The staff are the best and will do all they can to help you in your travels, this is the second time I've stayed here and it's still great, the staff even remebered me from 2 years ago!

Downtown,close to bus station.DIDN'T like:they were closed at 12 pm,so I stayed outside and couldn't get in to check out.

The staff were extremely helpful and nice. They helped us out when we were in trouble and always gave us accurate information. They are all locals and know the area and Niagara Falls well.
