Conveniently located two blocks from the main street in the national historic district of Breckenridge – a 10 minute walk or a free short ride on the shuttle bus to the Breckenridge Ski Area! New for 2006/07 season - the Fireside Inn is only a short walk from the Breck Connect Gondola.

The Fireside Inn is both a B&B and hostel. We offer a variety of accommodations from a suite, rooms with private bathrooms, and dorm facilities with shared bathrooms. Owners Andy, Niki and their daughter Robin welcome singles, couples, and families.

The Fireside Inn provides a number of amenities to make your stay comfortable and convenient.

Activities:
Being only two blocks from main street means you can walk to the restaurants, shops, festivals and nightspots. Catch the year round FREE shuttle bus from our front door to the ice rink and recreation center with rock climbing wall, leisure pool, lap pool, sauna, indoor and outdoor tennis courts, skateboard park and more. Explore the mountains from a near-by hiking trail or on the bike park that parallels the river as it winds down the valley.

Take time out fishing, horse back riding, white water rafting or riding the alpine slide. Golf at the Breckenridge Golf Club, a Jack Nicklaus designed, four star public golf course. Enjoy the historic town of Breckenridge on foot or by horse drawn carriage. And of course in the winter you can downhill ski, snowboard, snow shoe or cross country in the beautiful Summit County. So whether you wish to enjoy lazy days or be busy every minute, Fireside Inn offers you both.


Dorms:
Our 'dorms' provide a place to sleep and stow your 'stuff' at a very low price sleeping either in the ten bed attic with fantastic views of the ski area or in the smaller rooms with two sets of bunk beds. For those wishing for more privacy there is a two person room available with one set of twin bunks perfect if you are traveling with one friend. Guests will share shower rooms, a living room with fireplace and cable TV/VCR, breakfast room, hot tub, and storage area. A refrigerator and microwave enable guests to prepare meals for themselves. For a small additional charge our dorm guests can enjoy hearty breakfasts served in the main dining area. These accommodations are perfect for the single traveler or for the budget minded and give you the opportunity to make new friends from all over the world.

Accommodation Information

we have dormitory style (shared rooms with shared bathrooms). Private dorms with shared bathroom and private rooms with private bathrooms. We have a great sitting room with fireplace and tv with cable. There is a dining area with refrigerator and microwave. We have a great indoor hot tub, free wi fi, ski/bike storage, free parking and easy walking distance to all Breckenridge's great restaurants, bars and shops.
