From the bus station of Punta Del Este you take the Combi, a bus that takes you from there to Manantiales. You can also take a taxi from the bus station.
When you get to the main road of Manantiales you should turn to the left where you see the sign of Hostel Manantiales, that is not our hostel, but we are 2 blocks away from it.
