Liked: Brilliant hostel more like staying at a friends house! The family are very welcoming and keen to ensure you have a good stay! Rodrigo took us out in the 4X4 and showed us around the area, cooked us a BBQ and made us feel very welcome! Rooms are very clean, excellent kitchen which is fully equipped, lounge with cable TV and a nice garden to relax in. There are 2 beaches in walking distance and a large shopping mall with everything you need only 15 minutes down the road! Highly recommended!

Liked: The owners made us feel very comfortable and were great for giving us advice on the local area, what to see and do. Very nice people and a beautiful house. Good place for couples for a nice, relaxing stay.

Liked: The owner was the friendliest, most helpful and informative man in Uruguay. The guesthouse has great common areas and we made use of the barbeque every night. The experience of spending time with an Uruguayan family and sharing meals, alfajores, wine and recipes was awesome. I will definitely stay here again if I am back in Punta del Este. Hope to see you again, Rodriquez, Alejandra, and Augustin!!! Come to Bariloche and we can ski!!

Liked: The owner is very knowledgeable about surfing in the area and can bring you to different beaches depending on where the good waves are. They are really friendly and helpful here. It´s a great place to stay!

Liked: The hostel is placed in a calm and pretty part of Punta del Este, but still very close to everything! Just 10 Minutes from the beach, and you can rend bikes really cheap to get around quickly. The owner of the hostel is a very nice guy who arranges barbeques or maybe takes you to another part of the beach.... I really enjoyed the stay and met nice peole! Can really recommend this hostel!

Liked: punta del este is not an idyllic backpacker place, it is quite posh, so the location of this backpacker is excellent, as it is close to both beaches and not in the center!!! Great place to kick back and relax!

Liked: really quite, located 15 minutes from the beach and from a big supermarket, cleaned kichen, late ceck out possible, nice atmosfera and nice place to meet other peaple. The honer is very friendly and knows all clubs, beaches, helps you in booking cars and or accomodations if you want to travel around. the honer organises barbeques in the garten for the guests so you can get togheder making barbeques or cooking togheder. You feel absolutely welkom.

Liked: Personable place with the couple running it being very involved day to day. Nice, quiet and relaxed. Reasonably close to facilities and with bikes all of Punta is close at hand

Liked: Really nice family (and dog)! Spotless rooms. Free internet. Good location. Great breakfast (ham and cheese toasties!) Best kitchen you´ll ever find in a hostel. Would really recommend staying here.

Liked: The atmosphere was great! The owner is all the time there helping you with everyhting you need! And he even took us to different places with his jeep! Our room had a large big garden at the back! Thank you very much for everything Rodrigo, Ale and little Agus!
