Liked: Very nice place, the area is quite central. Lyudmila was very nice and very accommodating. Apartment is very clean and modern. I definitely would go back there!

Liked: I visited Ludmila's place with my mum. The apartment is beautiful and comfortable. The bed is very comfortable. The kitchen and the leaving room is only for the guests, which is very convenient. I would recommend it!

Liked: Ludmila is a very friendly host! She made sure everything was ok during my stay and was very helpful with suggestions. Location is perfect as the apartment is right in the center of Yalta. Highly recommend it.

Liked: It was great to have an apartment to myself for such a low price. The location was great and Lludmila and her son were friendly, meeting me to give the key and show me the apartment. Hard to rate atmosphere for an apartment - it doesn't have a hostel character to judge by. I valued having all that space to myself after 5 months of hostels. Plus it had a bath - big tick in my book.

Disliked: Wifi would be nice but given that they run separate apartments that would be an understandably oppressive cost to them. Otherwise, nothing. I would definitely recommend.

Liked: It's in the center of Yalta, very close to seafront. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Disliked: The kitchen was dirty and there wasn't hot water untill the evening of the second day.

Liked: Nothing, because the only good thing is the airco and I just don't need it.

Disliked: EVERYTHING. The staff is terrible. They pressured me to do as they like by simply asking the question again till I agreed with them. Then they could not order a taxi, they could not find a bus. So I walked the distance with my luggage. Then I was pressured to pay in euros, which might be against the law. In the vicinity of the appartment I stayed was a group of drop outs hanging around literally all day and all night. It doesn't feel safe at all. I had to ask the lady to explain to me where the appartment was on the map. The flat is old and has many dogs and cats on the stairs. Luckily I did not trip on them at night. When I told the lady that I didn't like the appartment very much she immediately replied that it was value for money. I simply don't agree, all other hostels are much better and most of them are cheaper.

Liked: the location is good, although the street is very noisy. You can walk to everything and although there is no safe nor locker, the neighbourhood felt safe. The bathroom and kitchen are very clean, the furniture is well used. It would be ideal for a couple, but not for a single traveller.

Liked: The appartament was real confortable.It was very near the sea.You could reach it in 3 minutes by walk.Also the market-place was very near.The owner was always kind with me.In this period I've had health problem with my ear.I'm been lucky because LUDA helped me.She found a doctor for me.So I could enjoy my holiday the same.I don't speak russian but she is always been available with me when I need information about excursion or if I need something to traslate.I advice people to book an appartament from Luda.You will past a beautiful vacation.Few time in my life I've found people so kind and available.I hope to comeback there very soon.Ivan

Liked: It was a very small, self-contained apartment, but tidy and only a few minutes from the Lenin statue on the seafront. For a couple it's fine, but you need to organise yourselves in the apartment to ensure there's enough space.
